I purchased an item from Bob & Ben and unfortunately an internal component was faulty - through absolutely no fault of Bob & Ben’s. The service received from Steve in getting the product replaced from overseas was exceptional. Can’t recommend these guys highly enough. Will certainly be purchasing here in the future.
